All our jewellery is hypoallergenic and free from lead and nickel, making it suitable for those with sensitive skin.
Adove jewellery is crafted from 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% other metals for 925 Sterling Silver, and 99.0% pure silver with 1.0% other metals for 990 Fine Silver, both of them are durable precious metals. They can often be identified by the markings “925” or "990" on the jewellery pieces.
We also use Hydroplating technique with Rhodium (White Gold), 18K Rose Gold, or 18K Gold for added tarnish resistance.
CARE
Most of our items are costume jewellery crafted from sterling silver and plated with 18ct rose gold, 18ct gold, or rhodium. To maintain their beauty for an extended period, they require particular care. Here are some tips on how to care for your Adove jewellery.
WATER OR SHOWER
Sterling Silver 925, Fine Silver 990, and Rhodium-plated Sterling Silver 925 are water-resistant and safe to wear in the shower.
However, it's not recommended to wear 18K Gold and Rose Gold plated Sterling Silver in the shower or expose them to water.
Avoid wearing any of these in a chlorinated pool.
AVOID SWEAT & PERFUME
We recommend to take off your jewellery during exercise or physical activities, as sweat can cause tarnishing.
Put on perfumes and cosmetics before wearing your jewellery. These products can cause tarnishing.
STORAGE
Using our original boxes or pouches is ideal for storing your jewelry. If you no longer have the original packaging, a ziplock plastic bag serves as a good alternative.
POLISH
Periodically polish Adove's jewellery with a polishing cloth or a clean cloth to remove dirt, stains, and restore its shine.
